The property was heavily impacted by dense fuel loads, including downed timber and ladder fuels, increasing wildfire risk and reducing defensible space.
Through targeted fire mitigation and mastication efforts, MFS removed hazardous fuels—creating a more wildfire-resilient property while enhancing the natural beauty of the landscape.
