As a Sawyer and Small Equipment Operator, you’ll gain hands-on experience working in diverse and rugged landscapes, assisting with thinning and operating small equipment. This role is ideal for individuals who are ready to learn, work hard, and enjoy working in the outdoors.
Personnel Requirements
Forestry Expertise
Chainsaw experience is a plus, but not required. We welcome individuals who are eager to learn as well as gain hands-on experience in timber harvesting, fuels mitigation, and small equipment operation.
Safety Standards
Commitment to following Marshall Forestry Solutions’ safety protocols and exercising proper judgment while working in the field.
Physical Performance
Exceptional stamina for 8 to 10-hour shifts of rigorous manual labor. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work efficiently in all weather conditions and high altitude.
